Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution

We have consideration experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation, which is becoming increasingly useful in many commercial litigation matters.   Our principal, Derek Cronin, is a Queensland Law Society approved Mediator, and has a specific interest in negotiation skills and ADR.
